After less than a year in his job as Head of Youth Development Mick Priest has resigned from his position at Millmoor.

Priest only took up his role in July 2007, but after the club went into administration for the second time in only 18-months he has moved on, he told the official website: “I have really enjoyed my time at Millmoor and have made some great friends.

“I really hope the club can get over these troubled times and I would like to wish everyone at the club all the best.”

Obviously the club responded and a spokesperson for Rotherham added: “Everyone at the club wishes Mick all the best and would like to thank him for all the work he has done while at Rotherham United.”
