Got To Take Our Chances

Rotherham United are still looking for their first away win of the season after narrowly losing to bottom club Ipswich Town on Saturday.

It was a poor first half for the Millers but they pulled together and it was much better in the second half and had many chances but still couldn’t put the ball over the line.

Ipswich had just a bit more possession that Rotherham – which we should expect with them being the home side – but the Millers had four corers to Town’s one. Ipswich had one shot on goal which ended with the goal while out of the eighteen shots Rotherham had two shots at goal plus five blocked shots.

But I think I say this after every game (well probably not the game at the Etihad) we have chances but we never seem to take them. I don’t know if we panic in front of goal or we don’t practice shooting but you really can’t have as many chances as Rotherham United have been having and not score any.
