Rotherham United and his parent club Luton Town have come to an agreement that midfielder Fred Onyedinma should return to Kenilworth Road.

Twenty-seven year old Fred joined the Millers at the end of July making his debut in the first match of the season away at Stoke.

His third game saw him score the Millers second goal at home against Blackburn Rovers but then, two minutes later, saw him get a second yellow card.

Fred played in eighteen games for Rotherham scoring twice, his second goal being an equaliser against Leicester City.

His last game in a Rotherham shirt was at the end of November against Leeds United and since then has been on the side lines after limping out of a warm-up away at Hull.

All at Vital Rotherham thank Fred for his time with the Millers and wish him ‘all the best’ for his future.
