Rotherham`s Delroy Facey today told fellow striker Will Hoskins about the dangers of moving to a bigger club.

Twenty-six year old Facey was playing for First Division Huddersfield Town when he got a dream move to Sam Allardyce`s Bolton Wanderers in the summer of 2002. But he struggled in the early part of his career at Bolton due to illness but also due to poor form. He then went out on loan before moving to West Bromwich Albion in 2004. After having spells at Hull City, Huddersfield Town and Tranmere Rovers he moved to Millmoor in the summer.

He`s told Hoskins that he has to keep his feet on the ground, gain experience and that staying with the Millers would be the better option at the moment.

It has been reported that Celtic and Everton are amongst the clubs watching twenty year old Hoskins` progress.
