FA Cup Stats – Millers v Bromley

|

Rotherham United went through to the next round of the FA Cup yesterday by beating Bromley of the National League three-nil at home.

But the Millers didn’t have it all their own way and it actually took until the last minutes in the first half for substitute Ben Wiles to open the scoring followed by another a couple of minutes into time added on from Freddie Ladapo. Ten minutes from time Will Grigg made sure.

There aren’t many stats about for this game but we do know that Rotherham had seventeen shots at goal, ten of those on target while Bromley had three on target from eight attempts. We saw ten corners in the game, seven of those for the Millers.

Our opponents conceded fifteen fouls to the Millers nine with each team having one yellow card and there was a red card for Bromley after Haji Mnoga was sent-off just a few minutes after coming off the subs bench.

Bromley did have chances in the game which the Millers had to defend while our visitors also did some good defending of their own.  But it’s Rotherham who are going through to the next round – who do you want us to draw?
