Rotherham United make the trip to Loftus Road to take on Championship side Queens Park Rangers for this third round tie in the FA Cup.

The Millers go into this game in top place of League One and on the back of an away win in the Papa John’s Trophy against Crewe Alexandra. Their last away League game was on Boxing Day which Accrington won one-nil.

Rangers are in fifth place in the Championship and will be hoping to make this their third win in a row although their last home game was a one-nil loss to Bournemouth in a game which has since seen both sides fined after trouble between the players in time added on at the end of the game.

QPR Manager Mark Warburton thinks the game against the Millers will be good preparation for their next Championship game against West Brom telling West London Sport that he thinks Rotherham were ‘unlucky to go down’ saying, ‘They haven’t changed their style from last year. They are always a tough team with their physicality and are strong on set-pieces and we know that balls will reign into our box and we have to deal with that.

After being out for around a month Moses Odubajo looks fit to be involved in this game and possibly be in the starting eleven. Sam McCallum, on loan from Norwich, has had surgery on a hamstring and won’t feature and Illias Chair is away on International duty.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield Millers Boss Paul Warne said that he believes both teams will be up for the game saying, ‘I’ve always admired Mark (Warburton), his teams have always done well and play really good football. We go into this as underdogs but teams are used to winning games so hopefully it will be a good one. I’m looking forward to seeing some individual battles and how our players compete.’

Ben Wiles has a bit of a back problem and it’s likely he will be rested as will Mickel Miller who hasn’t played for a couple of weeks but Dan Barlaser is fit to travel.

Dean Whitestone has the whistle for this game.
