Eaves A Miller Again

|

Rotherham United have signed Tom Eaves from Hull City on a three year deal.

The thirty year old striker isn’t new to the Millers having had a three month loan spell in 2013 playing in eight games.

Born in Liverpool Tom spent his youth career with first Crewe then Oldham who he signed a professional deal with in 2010. From Boundary Park he moved to Bolton and while there had loan spells with the Millers, Bristol Rovers, Shrewsbury Town, Yeovil and Bury before 2016 saw him back at Huish Park signing a twelve month deal with Yeovil. The following season a two year deal with Gillingham saw Tom finish his first season as top scorer and the same the next season where his goal away at Portsmouth was voted ‘goal of the decade’ by their fans.

After turning down a new contract at Priestfield he signed a three year deal with Hull City where he scored eighteen goals in one hundred and eight appearances, thirty-three of those this last season.

All at Vital Rotherham welcome Tom back to the New York Stadium.
