Rotherham United midfielder Will Vaulks is once again being linked with fellow Championship side Norwich City.

This isn’t the first time that the Canaries and Vaulks have been linked together – and I don’t expect them to be the only club keeping an eye on our vice-captain.

The Mail Online says that the club from East Anglia are still interested in Vaulks and also point out that Stoke City and Derby County are watching him too.

Twenty-five year old Will has been invaluable to the Millers since joining from Falkirk in the summer of 2016 and has made just short of one hundred and twenty appearances scoring thirteen goals, four of which have come this season.

Personally, I don’t want Vaulks to leave – I don’t really want any of our current squad to leave if I’m being honest. But Vaulks isn’t just a member of the Rotherham United squad he’s an asset to the club and does a lot of charity work for the children’s hospice Bluebell Wood.

Norwich will be looking for promotion this season and currently lie second in the Championship a point behind top team Leeds United.

So, if the right price is offered, and in the past I’ve heard a rumour that the Millers would be asking around the £1.5m mark although that is only a rumour, should we let Will Vaulks leave and perhaps get into the Premier League with Norwich? Would it be cruel not to let him have that chance?
