Rotherham United and Daniel Ayala have reached an agreement to mutually end the Spanish defenders contract.

The thirty-three year old joined the Millers at the end of October after permission was granted to add him to the squad with a long term injury to Andre Green keeping him out until next season.

Daniel played just seven games for Rotherham two of those ending early through red cards, his last game being at Plymouth in December. Since then he has been out with a long term injury.
